Reminder that Monday, March 2nd begins our March Madness - Attendance Matters Month. There will be Presents for Presence giveaways, Spirit Week, and more.

Summer Rising is a free summer program for all NYC residents in grades K–8 during the
2025–26 school year are eligible to apply, including multilingual learners, immigrant students, and students with disabilities. Students can apply from March 3rd to March 27 in MySchools. Please see flyers for more information.

On Thursday, March 5th there will be an early dismissal at 11:30am for all students. Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place Afternoon Session 12:40 pm - 2:40 pm and Evening Session 4:20pm - 7:30 pm. Please contact your child's teacher for appointment times and links. Please note, there will be NO after school on this day.

Students will make mud pies with pudding, crushed oreos and gummy worms during lunch period on March 13th. Send in payment of $5 in envelope with your child's name and class.

NYC Public Schools are Closed on Friday, March 20, 2026, in observance of Eid al-Fitr. Schools reopen on Monday, March 23rd.

We will be celebrating Read Across America Day on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Student are invited to wear their comfy warm pajamas and can bring in their favorite book.

The 2026 NYC School Survey administration window is February 9, 2026 through April 1, 2026. Stay tuned for more details.
