The 2025 NYC Public schools Parent Survey is now open! Families that did not pick up their survey at an event have been sent home with your child. Please return your survey to your child's teacher by March 28th. All survey responses are anonymous. Please contact Ms. Fay with any questions at sfay@schools.nyc.gov or call/text (929) 722-4511.
Families that complete the surveys and return them to school will be entered in to raffles for a gift card and invitation to family spring photos.
